This renovation was for the Tucson location of the University of Phoenix, a nationwide network of colleges offering both campus and online courses. Renovation of three floors, equaling approximately 28,000 SF of space, included demolition and rework of walls, doors, ceilings, lighting, electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
